- The House -

Originally a timber mill workers hut built in 1946 when the Frith Sawmill moved to Lyonville from Bullarto, it was home to Dolly who lived in the house since it was built by her husband, a worker at the Frith Mill. It has now been lovingly transformed into a stylish abode paying tribute to its mid century beginnings and giving a nod to the towns timber milling history with natural timber elements built in & woodworking sculptures on display.

As longtime visitors to the Daylesford-Macedon region, we have come to appreciate the area's charming historic towns, delicious local produce, vibrant artisan culture, and wonderful cafes and restaurants. We are excited to share this lovely part of the world with you.
